Return to Origin (RTO)

If an order is returned due to:

• Customer refusing the delivery.

• Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

• Customer being unavailable to receive the order.

The order amount and shipping charges will not be refunded.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, repeated refusal of delivery may result in COD being unavailable for future orders from the same customer.

COD Refund Policy

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

• COD orders are eligible for replacement only in cases of damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect products.

• Refunds for COD orders, if approved, will be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or another payment method approved by ZAYRIC.

• Shipping charges, if applicable, may not be refundable.

• COD orders cannot be refunded due to a change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference.
